All you need to do is cut a piece of PVC pipe to size, then cut two belt loops. Use a hacksaw to make the cuts, and a cordless drill and coping saw for curved or complex sections.

You can then thread your belt through the hammer holster and use it whenever you need to keep a hammer on hand.
