Eggs are a great source of protein, and hard boiled eggs make a great addition to salads or a healthy snack.
The only downside is when the shell sticks to the egg, making it difficult to peel.
In this video, we show you how to hard boil an egg so it’s perfectly cooked and easy to peel using a simple trick.
Step 1. Pierce the fat end of the egg with a pin.
Step 2. Lower the egg into boiling water.
Step 3. Boil it for 7 minutes.
Step 4. Fill the pot with cold water until it cools.
Step 5. Scoop out the egg.
Step 6. Crack it softly, then peel the shell away. It comes off much easier!
